APS Materials has recently achieved our ISO 17025:2005 accreditation. This accreditation verifies that the APS Materials metallurgical laboratory can perform multiple mechanical testing to the highest quality standards. The APS Materials ISO 17025:2005 accreditation scope includes the following: Shear Fatigue, Microhardness, Tensile, Rotating Beam Fatigue, Rockwell Superficial Hardness, Abrasion, Preparation of Specimen Mounts for Metallography, Stereological Evaluation of Porous Coatings on Medical Implants, Roughness Measurement by Image Analysis, and Bent Test.
